Title: Coping skills when feeling like you want to hurt yourself

-having a list a safe people to call and knowing the crisis line
-knowing or paying attention to how your feeling (get enough sleep, food, and water
-finding distractions (reading, coloring, praying, tv, music, movies and ectů)
-staying or going to a safe place
-mediation or breathing exercises
-exercise and/or yoga
-taking a bath or shower with or without candies or tea lights

You can call a crisis line too at times.
