urpmi wasn't working right. Therefore I'm creating a new set of software. This may eventually be a universal way to install software in Linux. But for now, it's limited to urpmi machines.
I'm duplicating some of what urpmi does already, only in my own way. This should fix the problem with what was going on with urpmi. No fancy stuff, just the basics are supported.
