-knowing or paying attention to how your feeling (get enough sleep, food, and water
-finding distractions (reading, coloring, praying, tv, music, movies and ect…)
-staying or going to a safe place
-mediation or breathing exercises

-taking a bath or shower with or without candies or tea lights

Make a list of all income monthly. Then make list of monthly bills. You will add how much you will spend on food monthly including trips to the mini mart or fast food. Then add how much you will spend for gas or bus monthly. Make sure to decide on a amount for savings as well, that is important. You must to stick to the budget to be successful. Everyone makes mistakes just keeping trying.
